- The garden "Ting" is closed to the public

- Staged photoshoots are not permitted during the Garden's public opening hours
- This consists of engagement photos, wedding photos, senior or graduation photos, and posed portrait photos in costumes, special attire, or with unauthorized props (drones or balloons), whether with a professional photographer or simply a friend
- Tour schedule: These are only available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00
