• The dining conditions in Inner Mongolia are relatively poor, and the taste differs somewhat from southern and other cities, especially on the grasslands and deserts. We ask for tourists' understanding, and you may bring some snacks.
• Inner Mongolia is vast, and the distances between attractions are long, resulting in longer travel times by car. It is recommended to bring your own snacks.
• Inner Mongolia is an ethnic minority autonomous region. The Mongolian people have many traditional ethnic customs, taboos, and religious beliefs. Tourists are requested to follow the guide's instructions to avoid unnecessary trouble.
• From June to September each year is the local peak tourist season, with a large number of tourists. There may be crowded attractions, traffic congestion, tight accommodation, and long queues at restaurants. We ask for your understanding.
• For the same tour group arriving at the destination by different means of transport, on the return journey, tourists will be sent to the airport in the order of their flight times. Tourists returning to the destination later will be arranged for free activities and waiting. If tourists have special requests for flights, please inform the travel agency staff when registering, otherwise the travel agency will consider that the tourists are aware of the above arrangements, and agree to and accept the travel agency's arrangements.
• During the tour, some scenic spots, restaurants, rest areas, and other places may have shopping facilities such as malls. These places are not designated shopping venues arranged by the travel agency. Travelers are reminded to consume rationally according to their own needs and request necessary receipts. If any consumption disputes arise, please bear the relevant responsibilities and obligations yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
• Without reducing the number of attractions, our agency may adjust the order of attraction arrangements based on actual circumstances (such as detours, traffic jams, etc.); during the tour, in the event of force majeure factors such as natural disasters or government control, which endanger the personal or property safety of tourists, or unexpected situations not caused by the travel agency.
• If a tourist leaves the group without authorization during the trip, without prior consultation and approval from the travel agency, it will be considered an automatic termination of this travel contract (including all comprehensive tourism services and insurance liabilities). The guest will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited any unfulfilled reception items and expenses in the contract, and no fees will be refunded. Our agency will not accept any subsequent disputes arising therefrom. Any expenses incurred by the tourist during the trip due to personal factors, such as entertainment activities, beverages during meals, or medical treatment due to illness during the journey, shall be borne by the tourist themselves.

• 7 to 4 days before the start of the trip, an 80% refund is available;
• 60% refund available 3 to 1 day before the trip starts;
• No refunds or changes are allowed on the day the itinerary begins.
• Travel during major holidays, such as Labor Day (May 1st - May 5th) and National Day (October 1st - October 7th), once confirmed, is non-refundable and non-changeable.
