There was a buffet spread and my husband who has allergies to dairy, wheat, nuts, and eggs could still have some traditional meals. They also had hot tea and water. There are other drinks and snacks for purchase. It’s a pretty view. We were able to lock our items in a locker for free. They have covered seating with fans and western restrooms with showers (if you get dirty and want to change). They also have a cute gift shop! We visited the female elephants and the babies to feed (food for elephants were provided). Then we got to pose for photos with the male elephant and he greeted us goodbye with a bow. Then we did a 20-25 minute long bamboo rafting — very safe and peaceful then took a bus back (they provided) to the campground for about 3-5 minutes. After that, we waited for it to stop raining and did some ziplining.
the experience was amazing, taking care of the elephants, playing and feeding them was so funny. the bamboo rafting was so relaxing and the food so good too. tommy 2, the guide was very funne and very well prepared, he explained very well about elephants life and diet, thanks! mr T my driver was very kind, we shared some thai tea and beers having very enjoyable conversation. i totally recommend the experience, unforgettable! i will come back for sure when i have the chance.
The impromptu half-day elephant tour turned out to be the biggest highlight of our entire trip. From the very beginning, we were captivated by our guide's cheerful and enthusiastic introduction. You could feel her passion for elephant conservation, and the entire elephant interaction experience was very well-organized. From preparing food, feeding, interacting, taking photos, to playing in the water, the timing was just right. The children had a wonderful time, and to top it all off, there was a buffet lunch available afterward. Buying through Klook was definitely a great deal!
I highly recommend purchasing tickets through Klook. The price is excellent value; buying on-site costs 1600 Thai Baht per person. They provide clothes, pants, and towels for changing, as well as a free and abundant all-you-can-eat buffet lunch. The staff speak Chinese, and the activities are plentiful with minimal waiting time for group consolidation.
Great value for money. It was an amazing experience to learn about and spend time with the elephants. The guides were very kind and knowledgeable, and they taught us a lot about the important work they do at the sanctuary.
I have been travelling through Asia for a month so far and BEST experience I have been on(or ever). It is an ethical facility where there is no chains and the elephants are treated well, the staff are so friendly and fun to be around also the lunch was great. I am quite an introverted person and they allowed me to feel safe and able to ask questions about the elephants. If I return would come back!!
had a great experience here. you got all the time to see and feed the elephants. they taking good care of them and the elephants look good. tourguide was amazing. his name was tommy7. really chill and funny guy. made the expierence extra.
I didn't expect much, but it was really fun! I was worried about the distance, but the car pickup service was great, and the raft ride was peaceful. The unique feeding experience and the zipline, which I was nervous about, were safely and enjoyably completed with the help of a young trainer. There were hardly any Koreans, mostly Chinese, and a few Westerners.
The prices are great, the park is clean, and the baby elephants are playful and adorable. We had a wonderful time.
Purchasing tickets was easy, and we had no issues upon arrival. The park was clean, and there were several baby elephants. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we'd love to come back if we get the chance.
