I had arranged to pick up the vehicle with Mr. Farrel at the train station. I missed my train, causing a one-hour delay, but we maintained continuous contact via WhatsApp. The vehicle handover went smoothly. Since the scooter couldn't accommodate our large luggage, he also helped us book a Grab to temporarily store it at a motorcycle repair shop, allowing our trip to start without a hitch. The rental period was calculated as 48 hours from the time of pickup, which was very convenient. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and created unforgettable memories for our trip to Indonesia. Thank you.
Rented a motorbike at YourBestie when I went to Bandung and was overall very satisfied. The booking process was easy and very safe on Klook, the admin was fast response, and the motorbike was also comfortable to use. The condition of the motorbike was clean and well-maintained. Pick-up and return were also hassle-free, the admin was flexible. Will definitely use this again next time I go to Bandung 👍
Amazing experience renting a scooter here! I'd say this is one of the best rental places I've ever tried in Bandung. The scooter provided was truly in excellent condition, clean, and very well-maintained, making the ride feel safe and comfortable. A huge plus also goes to the admin service: very friendly, communicative, and responsive. Coordination from the initial booking to the return of the unit was super smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable scooter rental!
The delivery person communicated promptly via WhatsApp with Chinese translation, making the entire 48-hour journey quite smooth. During the trip, we encountered heavy rain, refueled, stayed at the Tangkuban Perahu volcano, and navigated through city alleys, experiencing local Indonesian life in various ways. With complete accessories like a phone holder, helmet, and raincoat, it's recommended to choose car mode for navigation to avoid difficult potholes in the alleys.
Everything went smoothly, on time, helmet, rain gear, phone holder, all good. Thank you, very recommended!
