We had an amazing experience with Yuri!! Throughout the trip, Yuri was so kind and considerate, helpful and thoughtful! We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. She offered to take photos of everyone at each stop and was very detailed in explaining our itinerary. We got very luck and were able to see Mt. Fuji. This was the highlight of our trip!!!

Ensuring everyone doesn’t miss the time and reminding toilet, trash bin information. our guide may speak with distinct accent in her pronunciation but we can understand her point. she also trying to explain everything at her best. Yuri is our tour guide today. The fuji trip was absolutely wonderful! From the breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi at the Tenjozan Park (with the ropeway ride up), to the serene four-season beauty at Oishi Park, the magical photographer’s secret spot at Arakurayama Sengen Park with the five-storied pagoda perfectly framed with Fuji, the retro Showa-era vibes at Fujiyoshida Old Street, and the iconic red Lawson store every stop felt like stepping into a postcard. Thank you so much for carefully planning the itinerary. She helped me experience so many different beautiful sides of Mount Fuji in one day — the majestic natural scenery, the deep cultural charm, and that immersive romantic feeling. It was truly unforgettable. I’m really grateful for your effort! This has become one of our most cherished trips this year. Looking forward to exploring more amazing places with Yuri next time!

It was a great experience. Though we couldn’t see the Mt Fuji properly,it was an wholesome experience of the scenic views.It was an holiday season so it was crowded in most of the places.Mrs Aoki,our tour guide was awesome and she guided us with patience.She was on time and VERY PUNCTUAL.If u r new to Japan and want to have an experience with limited time. U r on the right place.

Our tour guide is Aoki. Aoki is very friendly and she organised the tour very well. She was able to control the timing very well to ensure we have time to cover the full itinerary. She also helped arranged the meals for us so that we can enjoy our lunch in a relax environment. At variuos places, she always offer to take photos for us and she is very good in her skills in taking very nice pictures for us. We are happy with the day trip led by Aoki.

It was an awesome Mount Fuji Day out with our tour guide Ariel who was very lively, friendly and informative. They were clear with instructions, departure times and return to the bus but as well as making sure we were all in the bus before taking off to the next spots. I'd recommend her anyway, anytime

We finally made it to Mount Fuji! Overall, today's experience was excellent. Our tour guide was incredibly thoughtful, switching between Chinese and English seamlessly, and their explanations were very clear. They managed the time for each activity perfectly, departing and returning right on schedule. However, one group of foreign tourists was uncooperative, arriving late and behaving poorly, causing the entire bus to wait for 20 minutes. The guide worked very hard to ensure all tourists were safely gathered. I hope all travelers on group tours will follow instructions to avoid negatively impacting other guests' experiences.

Our guide Berry 小王was amazing! Fuji mountain forecast was visible 10/10 on the day of our tour, plus it was during golden week and on a Saturday…so no doubt there was extreme traffic, and because of weather the cable car stopped service, it had to be cancelled. We were so disappointed… But! Half way through the tour Berry was notified that cable car was back in service again, she managed take us back to cable car! She even had her colleague helped her buy the tickets in advanced so we could save more time, really appreciate her hard work making everything work on such a chaos day 😊Tour was well worth it, time given for each stop was just right, not very rushed. I would suggest bringing your own small lunch, line-ups are long for everything! And don’t be late!! The bus will not wait, someone on our bus was late for 5+ min, we left without him with his luggage still on the bus no jokes🙃
