Balivita Spa in Legian Bali

Really excellent from start to finish. Lovely spa environment, and really professional therapists. Excellent value. I came out feeling like a new person. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Spa, very clean and easy to find. The staff are wonderful and give the best massage and facial. I felt like a new women when l left.. thanks Girls see you again soon.

Masseurs are called in on appointment basis. At night, the small road towards Balivita Spa is quite dark. The massage is quite nice.

Have to be the best spa experience I’ve ever had, all the staff are so lovely and friendly and do such a great job. My hair felt so soft and clean.

staff was amazing! love the energy and they were really accommodating! the nicest therapist!

Felt like a new women by the time l left, I was there for 4 hours and the price was so cheap. staff are so friendly. lovely clean spa.

My favourite spa in the whole of Bali.. staff are fantastic and so friendly and do a great job. thank you

This was the absolute worst spa experience I have ever had. I will never use them again. About two hours before my scheduled appointment, the spa suddenly and unilaterally contacted me via WhatsApp to say they had to cancel because the therapist was unavailable. I had already made plans, and this notice was far too short. When I went to the spa on a different day, they had mixed up the reservation time, and by the time I arrived, it was already closed, and I couldn't even get inside. Ultimately, I couldn't get my treatment that day either. When I finally went on a day I was supposed to receive the treatment, I was told on the spot that no therapist was available and asked to change the massage menu. This happened even though I had checked the massage details with them via WhatsApp just the day before. It completely wasted my precious time during my trip, and I felt truly awful. Even during the treatment, the therapist burped and left the room to use the restroom, so I couldn't relax at all. I even explained the situation to Klook and had them contact and negotiate with the local company. I strongly recommend that anyone who does not want to get caught up in such trouble during their trip avoid this spa. There are plenty of similar spas all over Bali. They might ruin your precious vacation. Unless you are fine with your appointment being canceled just two hours before the scheduled time, this spa is not for you. Please value your travel time.

not much knowledge of nails. pedicure and manicure was actually just getting nails done, no foot spa or massage. lovely ladies but definitely need more training

it would be okay if they provided more facility and time for additional spa services on demand
