Most massages in Bali aren't very strong. This experience felt like the pressure was just right. The masseuse was kind and polite. When we left, a security guard even escorted us across the street! Very enthusiastic.

My daughter and I experienced a 120-minute therapy session together. Although our pick-up was delayed due to an unforeseen issue, we received a phone call to inform us, and we were even given aromatherapy oils as a gift. Before the treatment, there was a checklist questionnaire to specify areas needing particular care and preferred pressure levels. The 120-minute therapy included pressure checks, and the massage was very pleasant, alleviating the fatigue and stiffness in my shoulders, back, and legs. The therapy was conducted with soothing music, and the flower bath was spacious enough for both of us. The therapist was also cheerful and attentive, which put us at ease. We were also served ginger tea. It was a very satisfying two hours.

The service performance was outstanding, especially from the masseuse Lidiawati. She was attentive and thorough, applied excellent massage pressure, and was very considerate of the client's needs. Knowing the client had nasal discomfort, she proactively offered peppermint essential oil for relief.

The environment is simple and clean, with various essential oils to choose from. The masseuse's technique was excellent; I would recommend them to friends.

I booked the massage today and arrived early but they accommodated it immediately. I'm a fan of Thai massage but that's not what I booked so I'm very satisfied with the massage I received. The place is clean and serene, loved the vibe!

This was a truly wonderful experience. If you choose the 120-minute option, transportation is also included. We opted for the 90-minute course, and we were able to select everything from the oil scent and the areas we wanted massaged to the strength of the shiatsu. All the staff members were very kind, and we were able to receive our treatments in a private room with my friend, which made for a very relaxing time. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.

Spa service was great, staff was very responsive and prompt and texted me a day in advance to confirm pick up. when I requested for change in timing to an hour earlier for massage they accommodated me! spa facilities was also very clean and as I had change the timing of massage I had to cab down on my own which was not an issue. Then the drop off was also pleasant. I also requested for shower prior to start of massage as I came from a gym session which they gladly accommodated.
