Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Redemption information

• The Ice Explorer experience needs to be booked in advance. The tickets are not sold on-site. Guests without tickets will not be able to join the activity and may have idle waiting time while others participate. Due to fixed tour schedules, we strongly recommend booking your Ice Explorer tickets through us. If purchasing independently, please select the 14:00–14:30 time slot only. Should this slot be unavailable on the official website or if you experience any booking difficulties, please contact us in advance for assistance
• Travelers under 18 must be with an adult. Pregnant travelers allowed if under 24 weeks.
• Tour duration includes visit times, travel, traffic, and driving between locations.
• Please verify your name and contact details; errors may incur additional costs.
• For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
• By selecting an option and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the tour's full product description, including all details about itinerary, included and excluded fees. Your payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
• For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
• Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
• Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and water for hydration. A valid reachable phone number is required for safety and trip communication.
• Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Coach buses usually do not need one, but winter tours using vans/minivans may. Please contact the operator in advance if needed; rental available on request.
• Please provide and present your order/invoice number, voucher+photo ID upon check-in.
• Pickup time may differ from voucher start time. Confirm with operator after booking. Check “Meeting & Pick-up” for details. Arrive 5–10 mins early.
• Late passengers: 10-min grace period. JUPITER LEGEND and CTOUR HOLIDAYS is not liable for delays or missed connections.
• Smoking prohibited on buses, attractions (fines may apply). No pets allowed.
• Leaving the group: Inform the guide and sign a form. No refunds for unused portions.
• Parking: Not available at the meeting point. Guests must arrange own transportation.
• Itinerary and vehicle may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other conditions.Passengers may be transferred to another vehicle if needed
