- For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- A deposit of THB 1000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

- To activate the WiFi device, press and hold the 'Power' button for 2-3 seconds until the screen of the WiFi device lights up
- The flashing green light indicates that the device is ready for use
- When not in use, the device should be switched off
- Press and hold the 'Power' button for 2-3 seconds until the light goes off

Pick up at the airport 24 hours, tried it on the first day and the signal is normal. Waiting to see the rest of the days in other countries with the return of the device. How will it be?

I rented a pocket wifi via KLook App for my mom who visited me in Germany. The counter is easy to find at Suvarnabhumi Airport with a map provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well the whole trip in Germany.

Was not able to claim the device availed of. A dosclaimer should be on the site/product offerred that IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRANSIT PASSENGERS TO AVAIL OF THIS. The airport personnel disallowed us to proceed to the counter as they said we did not have enough time to go through immigration despite a 2hour layover. Now i need to process refund of the device.
