  • [Regarding Vehicle and Guide Information] We will inform you of the meeting time, guide, and vehicle information for the next day's itinerary via email by 9:00 PM Japan time the day before the trip. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, please contact us promptly! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
  • [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle and the tour fee will not be refunded.
  • [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: small group of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: bus tour of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people on the tour that day. The driver-cum-guide mainly focuses on driving, with explanation as a supplement.
  • [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds of the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site, please forgive us, and refunds will not be given for this reason.
  • [Regarding Late Arrival and Refunds] As the day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the meeting point or attractions, we will not wait and no refunds will be given, please be aware.
  • [Regarding Vehicle Type] Reference vehicle type: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seater: mini bus; 22 seater or more: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, the actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people on the tour that day.
  • [Regarding Maple Leaves] Due to climate change, the time when maple leaves turn red may be advanced or delayed. Once the group is formed, refunds or complaints about the itinerary cannot be made on the grounds that the maple leaves are not red, please be aware.
  • [Regarding Flower Season] The flowering situation may be advanced or delayed due to the influence of climate and other conditions of the year. In this case, the itinerary fee will not be refunded.
  • [Regarding End Time] As the itinerary involves a long drive, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends. The supplier will not be liable for compensation for losses caused by delays.
  • [Regarding Meeting Point] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, a refund will not be given.
