The tour was purchased few months in advance, but the tour company were not able to secure the entrance tickets for the inner palace. They notified me too late and there were no tickets available. All I received was $30 refund and missed out on a life time experience.

It is very convenient to join the guided tour of klook, because the Alhambra is really big. If you only buy the tickets and do not join the guided tour, it is easy to get lost inside. Moreover, the tour guide will explain the history while walking, allowing us to take pictures. You can also learn more. Fortunately, klook has this activity that we can choose from. It is easy to use. The tour guides communicated with us via WhatsApp before the booking date. It was really a good experience.
The guide bilal was very knowledgeable. Alhambra was a very beautiful Palace. Hope that everyone have the opportunity to visit alhambra.
Unfortunately was unable to join the guided tour, requested a refund, and despite receiving confirmation, have not yet received the payment a year later :(

The tour guide appeared on time, and the bilingual guide explained the history and culture of the Alhambra clearly. It is highly recommended. The three-hour itinerary is very rich, and there are many tourists. Klook should indicate in the order which local travel agency to cooperate with, otherwise It's easy to miss out with the local tour guide, because no one has heard the Klook order QR code when you ask the tour guide where it is, so it's important to know which local tour guide to work with! ! !
Whether by the fault of Klook or the Amigo Tours company, no one showed up for the tour. There were multiple confirmation emails, however. In fact, no one even purchased our tickets. We ended up waiting over an hour without a word despite calling multiple numbers which just rang forever. The Alhambra said no one purchased tickets in our names either, so we couldn't even skip the tour guide part and do it ourselves. To make it that much better, they were sold out of tickets, and that was our only day in Granada. Thanks Klook or Amigo Tours for ruining that entire day of our vacation.

Woke up very early for this activity and waited in the cold. It was recommended to reach at 7:45am but guide only reached at 8:20am? And the place didn't open till 8:30am anyway. Nevertheless, it was a very beautiful place and enriching experience. It feels like a walk in the park.
