The itinerary is fine. We'll go see Tianjin's former concession areas. We'll be picked up at the hotel on the Second Ring Road at 5:30 AM to go to the meeting point and take a comfortable minibus.

Bad review! We couldn't get in touch with the merchant. We were supposed to leave the next day, but no one contacted us at all. We kept trying to reach customer service, and finally, someone contacted us around 10 PM. We arranged to meet at 6 AM the next morning. We arrived at the meeting point at 6 AM, but no one was there, and we couldn't reach the driver. Sending messages and calling didn't work. The driver finally showed up around 6:40 AM. Once we got to Tianjin, the tour guide was also terrible. Their attitude was very poor, and the microphone volume on the bus was extremely loud. We asked if they could turn it down a bit, but the guide said, "This is a group, I can't accommodate just one person..." They said a lot of sarcastic and impolite things. We just asked a simple question, and it would have been fine if they couldn't, but there were nearly 10 of us, and we all felt the volume was deafening. We had endured it for a long time before even asking. There was no need to be so rude or have such a bad attitude! This was a 10-day family trip to Beijing and Tianjin, and we booked many package tours like this. This was absolutely the worst experience we've had!!!
