Luggage Information

  • The maximum length of each piece of luggage is 24 inches. There will be an additional upgrade fee if your luggage exceeds that length (please see Surcharges below)

  • There are no child tickets for this transfer
  • Driver's contact number will be sent to your email address one night before your flight date. Please check your email or junk mail box. After landing, please call the driver right away

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Meet and greet service is available at an additional cost of AUD20 per vehicle
  • There will be an additional upgrade fee of AUD10-50 for extra large luggage/items (e.g. snowboards, wheelchairs, etc.).
  • Indicate any special arrangements needed upon check
  • Extra waiting time will cost an additional AUD1 per minute
  • Child seats are available on request. The first one will be free of charge, while each succeeding one will cost AUD15
  • A long distance surcharge of AUD1.5 per kilometer could be applied to accommodation outside Melbourne CBD
  • Midnight surcharge applies if your arrival and departure transfers fall between 23:00-06:30
