- Leaving the group requires informing the guide and signing a form with no refunds for unused portions
- Parking is not available at the meeting point and guests must arrange their own transportation
- Itinerary and vehicle may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other conditions with passengers possibly transferred to another vehicle if needed
- No refunds for unused portions or changed gift vouchers or tickets
- Passengers with disabilities must provide advance notice to operator when booking to ensure accessibility
- Vehicle type will be determined based on the actual number of participants
- Butchart Gardens will be closed from 01/19/2026 to 02/01/2026, so the tour will visit Butterfly Gardens instead

- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions

- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
