Shared Auckland Airport (AKL) Transfers to/from Auckland CBD

It has been fully booked many times, convenient service, but at the airport sometimes you have to wait for the driver to drive when the seat is full.

very nice way to get into and back from city to airport ..infact they sent me a cab as there was no shared van on my return..very punctual..

Door-to-door service was very convenient specially if you have heavy luggage. Many shuttles were lined up outside the airport so you don't wait long.

Arrive at the hotel earlier than expected, the driving is smooth and comfortable, the seat space is also spacious, there is a dedicated luggage storage place, and there is a chance to take it again.

Was a bit lost when i exit the Arrival Gate as i wasn't sure where the bus would be at. But basically just Exit any door and look for the sign that says "Shuttle Bus" and there you will see a few "Super Shuttle" buses waiting in a row. During my trip, there were 3 buses waiting. I was there 45mins earlier than my booking timing but it's ok, driver will still allow you to board. They will just wait for 3 to 4 passengers before leaving. You can also purchase tickets on the spot to board the shuttle bus. It took about 45mins from the airport to my hotel which is located near Britomart. Driver will just confirm your name on his mobile phone. No need to show him any confirmation. Driver will also help to load and unload the luggage into the small carrier before the minibus. Driver will alight you directly infront of the hotel.

The driver was very punctual, he came 5mins earlier than my booking time. Just have to wait at the hotel lobby perhaps 10mins earlier and keep a lookout for the bus. Didn't have to show any booking confirmation, the driver just asked for my name to confirm. The minibus is spacious. During my trip to the airport, he picked up another 3 passengers so do make sure you book a timing that is much earlier. For me, I book a timing that allows me to reach the airport 3hrs ahead of my flight time. It took me 45mins to reach the airport. The bus stops right outside the airport terminal and the driver would help you with loading and unloading of your luggage. However, I didn't receive any email booking confirmation as mentioned in the Description so I had to call the operator just to ensure that my booking is confirmed.

The airport bus came on time and it was easy to verify our booking then :) Glad that we booked this online, made it a lot more convenient to get to main area and we didn't have to worry about getting a transport on the spot!

I booked a shuttle bus for five people. From the airport to the hotel, the driver couldn’t find the order information, but he still drove us to the car first. Chris is a very nice person, and he still has the patience to save information. Follow-up Klook took three days to clarify the order
