Photoshoot, Premium Hanbok Rental and Make-up at Gyeongbokgung

Such a fun experince, if you enjoy history this a must do! I did the indoor photoshoot and very much enjoyed my time with the photographer! I got to choose my own skirt and top. If the size didn't work properly the staff helped me choose one that would work better! There were many add-ons you could choose if you wanted but it wasn't pushed on you! All up to what you wanted! Absolutely loved! Thank you!

We ordered Korean clothing + shooting service, and there are service staff who can speak Chinese on site. Those who booked tickets online will go to the machine to print out the tickets on site, and then hand them to the lady at the counter. The venue is very large, and there are many styles to choose from. Girls’ hair accessories can be purchased at a premium or for free. Boys’ hats cost 3,000 won, and you need to pay extra on site. The girl who helped us take photos that day was very young and very kind. She spoke English the whole time. My English skills and those of my fellow travelers were very poor, but luckily we were able to communicate. The girl would teach you how to pose, and would also ask for help. You have free style. Free style means that you can move freely. The shooting time is about 60 minutes (including the time to walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and find a spot inside. We took the photo at 11 noon, and I received it at about 4 p.m. I have received about 280 photos. We are very satisfied with this trip! I also recommend it to my friends! If I have another trip to wear Korean clothes, I will definitely book a photography service! Attached is a group photo for your reference, but I don’t know if I can specify it 🙂

The photographer, named TaeKwon (maybe I spell it wrongly), has been amazing and efficient in photo taking and sending us back the photos. Nice koeran clothing with nice hairstyle. Definitely like the Phototaking service very much! The store is always busy with lots of people choosing their clothes.

We LOVED the outfits that were avaible at the place. They had outfits that were themed and also had regular hanboks too.

my daughter and her best friend had a lovely time getting dressed up and having their hair done! the hanbok was stunning! the photos were even better! lovely hanbok store and the photographer was so lovely made the girls feel very comfortable!

The shop is very beautiful and have so many options to choose. The popular hanbok is sold out really fast so I would recommend to check with staff ahead of time if you want to look handsome/pretty. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I was very distressed when I didn't receive the photos immediately after the shoot, but thankfully, I received them later. I am very satisfied with the results of the shoot!

At first they mistaken our outdoor photoshoot with indoor. We had a indoor photoshoot first . It was raining that day so I thought our photoshoot was changed to indoor as written in the description. But after we finished our indoor photoshoot I asked the staff if we were not going around palace. Then she checked our voucher and realized it was outdoor. The staff was really nice she changed my hairstyle again. She gave me hair accessories, bags, vest for service and treated us very well. Then we had another outdoor photoshoot. We also paid for the indoor one. Overall nice experience. May be due to corona virus there were not lots of tourist that day. We got the pictures same day after few hrs.

Originally, we had to cancel our first appointment due to illness. Fortunately, the shop was understanding and allowed us to reschedule, which we greatly appreciated. They let us know the new date would fall on a Tuesday when the palace is closed, but we were grateful just to have another date. The shop does offer an option to pay extra for photos at other locations(ie. 30,000), we chose to stay nearby given the 1-hour rental time limit. We were able to capture some stunning photos just outside the palace. The staff was friendly, and the 2 photographers were especially helpful, suggesting excellent poses that really elevated our pictures and made us feel less awkward!
