[NAYEHANBOK] Hanbok Rental & Palace Photoshoot at Gyeongbokgung

Yona helped me. She was polite and explained everything quickly but well. There were a lot of choices and I ended up doing an upgrade. I felt beautiful in the honbok.

Mr Dreambox, our photographer is the best! very kind and funny… despite the super heat of the sun… he kept encouraging us to make great poses… He made our experience very worthwhile… I highly recommend him and we are super happy with our photos!

Overall, it was very good. The staff were very helpful, and even with a language barrier, they tried their best to guide me. The experience was positive. Many people choose the Phnom Penh floral series, but I picked a more understated one (just wanted to be different), and I really loved it! I was also very happy with my hairstyle! Plus, many people asked to take pictures with me (I was so shy ☺️).

Totally had fun wearing the traditional hanbok and hair glammed up added up to the feeling of like traveling back to the Joseon Period. It was freezing cold that day but nothing can stop us from flaunting the vibrant and glamourous dress. I would also like to commend (and recommend) our photographer, Sam for being so professional, creative, fun and patience with us. It was truly a remarkable experience!

They have very nice selections. We upgraded our hanboks when we got there. Despite some selections weren't available that day due to possible rain, understandable that they want to keep the hanboks in good shape, we still able to find better pairs. We were satisfied with what we chose. Melissa, assisted me patiently and helped me chose hanbok based on my preferences. Prior to visiting their shop, been checking online couple of other shops to compare and must say, Naye Hanbok got clean, good quality fabric and color selections to choose from.

The place is 1 min walk from the subway station, not crowded at all and all the staff were so friendly. They have quite a variety of hanbok which they will also help you choose, and also different hairstyles that you can choose from. Overall it was a really great experience and will totally recommend ☺️

I had such a lovely time with Nayehanbok! I got to the shop early and the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Both ladies helped me pick my outfit and my hair looked stunning! My photographer was the best! he was so kind and was happy the entire time, like, genuinely happy! He was very helpful with the poses and even helped carry my coat and bag most of the time. The turnaround time for my photos were super quick too! only took a day and half for the original and edited, 100 photos!! highly recommend booking this!

I was nervous because it was my first time taking photos in Hanbok, and it was freezing cold, but thanks to the photographer, I was able to enjoy the shoot and they brought out my natural expressions ✨. I was impressed that they quickly and beautifully finished and delivered the photos on the same day. My daughter was overjoyed, and it became a precious memory of our trip 🤗.

Location: About a 10-minute walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace, very convenient! Service: Chinese-speaking staff available to assist with communication, making it easy to choose a style; Korean staff assist with dressing in Hanbok and styling hair. Overall, quick and efficient. Styles: Elegant and unique designs that stand out, so you won't see many others wearing the same style. We chose a gauze-like material, which was a comfortable thickness for the temperature fluctuations in September. Price: Booking through Klook allowed us to upgrade to a designer style on-site for an additional fee, but overall it was a great value! Timing: The reservation time doesn't mean that the countdown starts immediately. After you're dressed in your Hanbok, the staff will tell you what time the rental period starts and when you need to return it. Very flexible! Overall rating: A Hanbok rental shop with a great price-performance ratio! 👍👍👍👍

Everyone at the hanbok rental shop was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were patient and helpful in assisting our family with choosing the perfect hanboks. Their excellent service made the entire experience enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. Highly recommended!
