Secret Garden Icebath and Sauna Experience in Bangkok

It's incredibly good! You can stay all day, alternating between ice baths and saunas. It's not crowded, very peaceful, and there's staff nearby to assist. There's also a drink bar with delicious coffee.

I went with a friend, and even though it was our first time trying it, we had a lot of fun!!!

Affordable and peaceful. They have two saunas and 3-4 ice baths. Clean amenities and complimentary toiletries too.

very easy to get into the place, just had to show the QR and that was it. they also had some towels ready for us and there were drinks available for buying.
