Muay Thai is one type of sport that very famous recently and it can be the way to make you be happy and have a healthy life and relax and also can make people release all of the stress and can make your body be more fit so Thai boxing is the one type of material art that your should learn for a good benefits. The gym is owned by Dam Srichan, the only Thai world-class athlete chosen to serve the country for five different sport categories including Muay Thai. At the end of an illustrious career in the ring, and equipped with incredible experience and a great variety of fighting skills, he founded a Muay Thai school and designed his own curriculum which became well regarded and officially supported by the Ministry of Education, Thailand.

This was an absolutely fantastic class. As soon as you enter, check your voucher at the office on the right side of the entrance and wait there. After stretching, light running, and jump roping for warm-up, beginners are gathered separately for instruction. They teach various moves, including hooks, uppercuts, knee kicks, low kicks, and kicks, with 1-on-1 mitt training in stages. The training is constant and engaging, so your arms will be shaking by the end of the class. I wish I had more time to take the class every day. Highly recommend it.
This is not a casual class for tourists. The course lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes without a break. You must try it. If you are staying in Bangkok for 4 days, you can go for all 4 days.
Will definitely go back. The trainer is very nice.
Be really prepared and go. It's pretty intense training. Be sure to take water with you. I was a little taken aback because the warm-up was harder than I expected haha. Still, the Thai coach taught me fun things one-on-one and even put on a strap for me when I told him it was my first time doing it, which was nice. I don't spar, but I receive one-on-one coaching and practice by myself by hitting the punching bag. Please watch me practice. Please watch it endlessly^^ When I did the interval training in the second half, it felt like there was no rest. You will experience your t-shirt becoming completely soaked with sweat. If possible, wear a functional t-shirt. I was thankful that the coach took a video with my phone. It was hard, but I relieved my stress by having fun punching!!
Great for sweating and weight loss. There is a place to take a shower, and water and energy foods are also available for sale.
Pretty cool experience! Had lots of fun! I come from a country that isn’t that humid so I was dripping in sweat haha but regardless still a great time!!
I participated for the first time in half a year. He remembered that he had attended before. The content is quite tough. I injured my leg midway through the race, but he trained accordingly. The goods here are cool. If you buy a tank top or something similar and change into it, you'll feel more excited. One of the participants was injured, but he was kept cool with ice. You can rest assured that you will be taken care of in case something happens. Just make sure to stay hydrated.

I went to the gym, showed my reservation screen at the reception, and wrote my name down. Then I sat on a chair and waited. It seemed like foreigners residing in Thailand also regularly use the place, and some first-timers were mixed in. When the time came, it started suddenly, so I just sort of followed along lol. It's seriously hard! lol. First-timers have rubber bands put on their arms to make them easily identifiable. There's also regular strength training lol. It starts with stretching and ends with stretching. It was a solid 90 minutes! I sweated a lot, but I was able to take a shower, so I went home feeling refreshed. A towel is a must. Also, everyone just leaves their luggage on the chairs, so it's best to bring only the bare essentials... The instructors were also kind, and I was able to participate and have fun!
Great Muay Thai session! The warm up and drills will certainly make you sweat but it’s certainly worth it! We were 10 in our group (5 beginners and 5 with experience) but each coach was able to give focus to each of individual. Gym is clean, accessible and with available store to buy water/drinks to hydrate you. If want an authentic Muay Thai shorts souvenir, they also sell in their shop and it’s cheap (1200baht).
