I had an odd experience upon arrival as the reception lady did not greet or ask to see my voucher. She instantly led me to the pedicure station and just assumed I was there to get my nails done. It was not the level of greeting you'd expect to get at such a place and such price. However, the massage treament and hair wash were on par. The touch and pressure was great. I feel revived after a 6-hour flight and mutiday trekking. My hair feels and smells lovely afterwards. Despite some odd encounters and hiccups occured, I'd still recommend the service to anyone interested. It would be even nicer if the staff are more well-trained in manner and approach.

I had to ask for several colors, at least before they had one in stock. The reason was that all the products were out of stock. It then occurred to me that I also wanted to do a cat eye, but the cost didn't include cat eye, even though it mentioned one to three colors, and required an additional 20 Singapore dollars. For removal, it also wasn't included, which incurred another six dollars. The main issue was the cost; otherwise, everything else was okay. However, if I had known that the cost would be the same as doing it in Singapore, I would not have done it.

There was a lot of massage over my hair, and it got tangled and hurt. I think it depends on the therapist; sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's not. I used to rebook with a skilled therapist before, but...
