Join us for an extraordinary evening at "Taste the Extraordinary: Beyond Cantonese Flavor”, 8-course dinner featuring a remarkable collaboration of five acclaimed chefs: Andrew Wong, visionary of modern Cantonese cuisine; Jung Ji Sun, master of innovative Korean gastronomy; Cheung Yat Fung, guardian of traditional Chinese heritage; Menex Cheung, pioneer of contemporary culinary artistry; and Jayson Tang, whose creative brilliance has garnered international recognition.
Each masterfully crafted dish will be paired with exceptional wines, orchestrating a symphony of flavours – from the bright, crystalline notes of an elegant Sauvignon Blanc to the opulent, velvety depths of a distinguished Cabernet Sauvignon. The HK Wine & Dine Festival and the Water Parade at Victoria Harbour are introducing "Water Parade X Wine & Dine: Victoria Harbour Playful Delights." This event combines popular IPs with gourmet food, integrating characters like Doraemon into specialty desserts. Diners can enjoy these exquisite treats in Wine & Dine Festival's "Tasting Room" and share a table with their favorite characters.

Terms & Conditions
- Tasting Room ticket includes an admission ticket. Please present the ticket QR code at the entrance for verification by the organiser.
- The ticket is only valid for the selected time slot, and each ticket admits one entry for two persons only (unless otherwise specified). Please arrive at Tasting Room 15 minutes before the programme starts.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or above to be eligible for wine tasting and must produce proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of Event staff.
- Any person who is under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the Tasting Room Dinner session. Participants must be aged 18 years or above and bear an official stamp on the hand or any visible part of the body to be eligible for wine tasting and must produce proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of Event staff.
- No concessionary ticket will be available for all Tasting Room ticket. Children under the age of 3 dine free of charge with a paying adult, while must be accompanied by an adult and will not occupy a separate seat. Participants aged 3 to 17 are required to pay the full ticket price. Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please reserve at least 3 hours for an optimal dining experience.
- Please note that specific dietary requirements might not be accommodated.
- This ticket has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, cannot be re-sold and will be void if altered.
- No replacement will be offered for any lost, stolen, defaced or damaged ticket.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the Event.

Table Reservations:
- Tables are configured for parties of 2 or 4 guests. For larger group inquiries, please contact us via email at rsvp.epd@hktb.com . All reservations are subject to confirmation.
Arrival Information:
- Dinner commences at 7:30pm sharp.
- Guests are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled reservation time.
- Punctuality ensures an optimal dining experience and allows you to fully appreciate each carefully timed course.
Late Arrivals:
- Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, the dining experience will continue as planned.
- For arrivals between 7:30pm and 8pm, our team will accommodate missed courses, though they may not be served in the intended sequence.
- Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late (after 8pm) will join the current course progression, and previously served dishes cannot be recreated.

I wrote "Surprise Character" when purchasing the ticket, it didn't specify Labubu, but I saw Labubu's image in the promotion and bought the ticket, I was already very excited. When I arrived at the venue and confirmed it was Labubu, I was even more thrilled. The entry process was smooth, the tasting room was uniquely decorated and comfortable. In addition to the exquisite afternoon tea, you can also taste the wines selected by the venue, and the service was also very attentive. There are many photo spots for taking pictures and checking in, I had a very pleasant afternoon.
This arrangement was excellent, the food quality was high, and the staff were very polite. I also participated in the second Doraemon event, and even took a photo with Director Law!
The food was good, but the drink selection was lacking and not very appealing. The organization and service were excellent. It would be great if we could take the Doraemon cups home! 😁

A little disappointed that we couldn't book the Doraemon experience. The savory items were good, but the desserts were a bit lacking. Overall, the process and service were good, but I didn't really like being constantly filmed by the cameras.
The conference was well-organized with fun activities, fresh food, and lovely souvenirs, making for a delightful weekend.
Extremely dissatisfied with this ticket sale 😤 The title was unclear and didn't specify that it was the Labubu meal 😰 I wanted to buy the Doraemon meal 😩 I thought all 3 sessions allowed choosing either meal, and I also wanted to eat at 3 PM. Only after buying did someone tell me that the session determined the meal and there was no choice available 😱 I immediately contacted customer service to request a change and explained the reason, but the message was left unanswered for several hours, just telling me to wait. When I was busy with work and couldn't continue waiting, I received a bureaucratic response saying no changes were allowed. If I didn't respond within 30 minutes, the issue would be closed. By the time I finished my work and saw the message, it was already past the deadline and the issue was closed and not being handled 😰 This transaction has completely erased my years of high regard for Klook 0️⃣ 😤 Actually, it's not like I needed to use it immediately, and there's plenty of time to return it and resell it to genuine Labubu fans to enjoy, which I'm sure it would sell. Stiffly and rigidly saying no refunds without considering the misleading title is really terrible 👎🏻
