- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Pick-up is included from selected accommodations within 10 km of Beyond Arctic Levi. Pick-up times vary by location and are usually 20-45 minutes before the tour
Meet-up information
- The meeting point for guests staying in the central Levi area is the Beyond Arctic Levi Office
- Central Levi area: Leviraitti, Hullu Poro Hotel, Design Hotel Levi, Break Sokos Hotel Levi, Hotel K5, Hotel Sirkantahti, and similar within the same distance
- Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
