• Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel the booking confirmation up until 4 days before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking confirmation between 4 days and 1 day before participation date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking in less than 24 hours before participation date, 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
