I received an email reminder about the ticket pick-up location and instructions. It was very convenient to collect the tickets from the staff at the venue. Watching the fireworks up close was truly stunning.
The location is excellent, right on the first row by the harbor. The one-hour fireworks display was thoroughly enjoyable. The only downside is that the venue is 3.5 kilometers from the nearest station, making for a 7-kilometer round trip walk.
I appreciate Klook's service, but my main issue isn't with Klook itself. It's that the event organizer arranged the seating too tightly, making it uncomfortable. The organizer announced a specific launch time, but the fireworks didn't start until quite a while later, after the host's introduction. Also, the seating area didn't need to be so restrictive; there was plenty of open space where people could freely move around, allowing for better pictures and a more enjoyable experience.
