Meet-up information

• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• Tours begin at 6:40am sharp. Please arrive by 6:30am to check in, or you might get left behind
• Your guide will meet you in the SFM foyer, which is on Level 1 of the main arcade. To find it, enter through the glass doors to the left of the arcade entrance, and go up the stairs or lift to Level 1. Take a seat on the black couches to wait
