- Delivery is available within Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Medan, and Bali city limits only

Activation procedure
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you activate your SIM on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 9 Oct 21:00
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made once the sim card is delivered
- Refund might be requested for cancelations made prior to delivery of the SIM card by operator
- The SIM card will only be refunded in cases of operational issues. Delivery fees will not be eligible for refunds
