Itinerary Arrangement ・The total duration of the itinerary must not exceed 10 hours. The driver will adjust the order of attractions or reduce the itinerary content based on the day’s conditions. Your cooperation is appreciated. ・In case of irresistible factors such as traffic jams or bad weather, flexible adjustments will be made as appropriate. ・This tour is a shared group tour. Please do not leave the group or depart midway. If you voluntarily abandon the tour, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any related liabilities. ・Seasonal activities such as cherry blossom viewing, autumn foliage, and flower fields are highly affected by weather conditions. Boarding Instructions and Contact Information ・Please be punctual for assembly; no waiting for latecomers. If you miss the assembly due to personal lateness, it will be considered a forfeiture of the tour, and no refund will be given. ・Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please note them when booking. The final arrangement will be subject to the driver’s coordination on the day. ・Each person is limited to 1 piece of luggage. If there is excess luggage or temporary carrying that causes crowding in the vehicle, the driver has the right to refuse carriage, and no refund will be given. Fees and Additional Charges ・Lunch is not included in the itinerary. The driver can provide local dining suggestions. Please assemble within the specified time. ・Optional upgrade to an independent group (private charter) is available, with a basic service time of 10 hours. If pick-up and drop-off locations are different, an additional empty vehicle return fee and overtime fee will be charged. ・If the itinerary exceeds the scheduled time on the day, an overtime fee (¥5,000–¥10,000 per hour) will be charged. Weather and Safety Reminders ・In case of extreme weather such as typhoons or blizzards, you will be notified whether the tour is canceled by 17:00 one day before departure. ・Adverse weather or irresistible factors may lead to the closure of attractions, suspension of facilities, or cancellation of activities, and no refund will be given. ・In case of emergencies, to ensure safety, staff have the right to suspend outdoor activities and make alternative arrangements based on the actual situation.
