- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device (capped at SGD100)

The wifi work fine during my trip to sydney. Delivery as per accordingly, fuss free. Item came fully charge as well. Next time will use it again.

There were no instructions on the return procedure when we received the device. Connection was slow and intermittent as well. Overall, huge hassle to return the device and the delivery man who came by to collect the device was rude and made a huge commotion over a simple misunderstanding. Would rate 0/5 if possible

Booked the router on Wed for travels in Sunday, and on Sat early morning (dawn) I realised the terms mentioned delivery during working days only. So I got very concerned and called klook. Thankfully vendor managed to ring me at 8.30am and received the router by 2pm - just in time for my travels in Sunday. Am in Melbourne City now and have to say once 5 devices are connected the connection slows to a crawl. So best to use for one or 2 person only.
Wifi very slow. Even if only 3 connections and run out of battery very fast
