Moraine Lake is no longer accessible by public vehicles, and shuttle service is the best way to visit both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise comfortably. Enjoy a round-trip ride with scenic views and easy access to two of the Canadian Rockies’ most stunning lakes. Passengers who wish to customize their travel times instead of following the fixed schedule are encouraged to make arrangements in advance—most requests can be accommodated. Long-range ticket holders (from or to Banff) may board from any stop after the initial booked transfer if seats are available. Short-range tickets cover travel within the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise area and may also be used for additional transfers in the area, depending on seat availability

Loved that we were free to explore as we wanted at the locations. Fun facts during the drive were actually really fun. Guide was available for questions and was so fun. Punctual and organized. The water bottle they provided was a nice touch especially as it was sunny the day we went.

brought it last minute as cannot get the time from park shuttle. i would recommend to use this service rather than wasting time to book from the park shuttle as in general. also impossible to get it or later noon that may affecting all other plan
It would be better for them to write down the company name and further more instructions for the traveller. The driver was a bit late, he came around 2:15 PM, whicg the tour supposedly said that we will leave by 2:00PM. I kept on calling the office as there are no instructions for us if which bus should we take and how would we know if it is the bus that we will be riding. But overall trip was okay, Mr young our bus driver gave tips on which area should we go to for us to have a nice photo.
amazing experience and excelence service
During the trip, the driver's last-minute change of itinerary caused us to miss our pre-arranged plans. However, the company later helped us make alternative arrangements. My only minor regret is that we only had 80 minutes at each attraction, which felt very brief, especially with children, as it wasn't quite enough time. The tour title led me to believe it was a shuttle service with unlimited stopover times.
Fon’t think that this is a shuttle service with regular transfer shuttles to and from as well as in-between the 2 lakes, it is a tour without a tour guide. Don’t think that they do not state the itinerary clearly means the schedule is flexible and you can visit the 2 lakes at your own pace. The time for each lake is fixed and around 80 minutes each. Go for other tours that state the itinerary clearly.
