It is cheaper to rent via Klook compare with renting from the airport. The collection from the changi airport was convenient and easy to find, reception was pretty good, loading speed also pretty fast and smooth.

Again the delivery was prompt. Easy to follow instructions.
Did not deliver in the end. We discovered that there will be no delivery after numerous chats and calls. Very irresponsible. Told us to wait for email which no one sent. Had been a customer of Klook for many years. No one notified us. We had to hunt for another one within hours from our flight. Very terrible service. Will not use Klook anymore. Very upset and disappointed.
Bad experience. Item did not arrive and there was no number to call. Klook could not help in time because they did not have contact number of vendor as well. Could not find myself another portable wifi in time as other providers had already closed for the week. Do not recommend this at all.
