This tour was a highlight. Everything was organized to a T, from the pickup and transfer to the boat schedule. The crew was warm and spoke great English, and the food was both delicious and plentiful. In four hours, we saw and did so much that it felt like a full day, and the pacing never felt rushed or unclear. Special mention to our guide, Melody, who was patient and friendly, with an inviting energy that made the whole group feel comfortable. Thank you for a great day on the bay!! 100% would recommend.

Such a beautiful and memorable day exploring Ha Long Bay! At first I thought we wont make it because there was a little confusion on the port , the address but we did not see the tour guide….., atleast we made it. The scenery was breathtaking — surrounded by stunning limestone mountains. We visited Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, which was truly amazing and much bigger than I expected, with incredible rock formations and colorful lights.Then we stopped at Titop Island, where we climbed to the top for a spectacular panoramic view of the bay. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it! The beach below was also nice for relaxing and taking photos.The lunch buffet on the boat was plentiful and tasty, with many dishes to choose from. Just a reminder though — all drinks, even bottled water, I met a lot of new acquaintances. And our table was full of laughter. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I’d love to come back again and stay longer to enjoy more of Ha Long Bay’s beauty.

The tour guide was very helpful. Even though the app showed the wrong assembly pier, the guide still found a way to send a car to pick me up and get me to the correct pier on time. The tour, which I joined from Ha Long Bay, will continue until almost 6 pm before returning to the pier. If you have subsequent bus arrangements, it's best to allow an extra 1-2 hours to avoid feeling rushed. The food on board was good, but no drinks or water were provided, so bring your own. There will be optional add-on activities available for an extra fee, starting from 50k. Overall, it is a worthwhile trip to take, but be sure to check the tour guide's WhatsApp notification the night before to avoid going to the wrong meeting point.

From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and the team went above and beyond to make the journey enjoyable. The Ha Long Bay trip provided a wealth of attractions. Although all the places we visited were crowded with people, I think they were worth visiting because they showed beautiful natural scenery. The cruise seats were comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the delicious lunch provided while heading to Ha Long Bay. The cruise staff were also friendly. Our guide, David, was sincere and worked hard to ensure a comfortable trip.

We had an amazing experience on our Ha Long Bay trip, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide, Luca. From the beginning, he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the area. He shared interesting facts and stories, made sure everyone felt comfortable, and handled everything with great care and attention. Luca’s passion for his job really showed—he kept the energy high, took the time to answer all our questions, and made sure we got the best views and photo opportunities. He even gave us helpful tips for the rest of our time in Vietnam! Highly recommend this tour—and if you’re lucky enough to get Luca as your guide, you're in for a fantastic time.
