Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Partial refund rules: If a customer cancels after the 48-hour cancellation period due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or travel disruption), a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of the tour operator. Valid documentation may be required to support the claim. Each case will be assessed individually.
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded

Booking changes policy

- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
