I mistakenly arrived on the wrong date/time for my appointment, but all the staff members diligently translated and were happy to communicate with me. I was truly grateful for their warm response. The therapist in charge, Kiki, had very high-level skills, and it felt great to have my scalp and décolleté vigorously massaged. The finishing blow-dry was also meticulous, and I was very satisfied. Located in the Ximen area, it's easily accessible and I think it's a very easy-to-use salon.

I was looking for ear cleaning services in Taipei and I’m so happy to have found this shop. Kiki was so nice and friendly. She did an amazing job with the ear cleaning and I fell asleep as it was really relaxing. I will definitely book this again when I visit again Taipei soon!

Kiki did an amazing job of cleaning my ears. She put something in so I could see video of the before and after. No pain at all, just tickled a little occasionally. Very clean salon. Already thinking about coming back to Taiwan to get this service again! 😄

Just arrived today and went straight to I M beauty after getting off the plane. I had seen good reviews about this salon while doing research beforehand. Kiki greeted me and was very professional. The shampoo and massage pressure were just right, helping me comfortably wash away the fatigue of a long flight. Highly recommended.

Kiki is incredibly kind and professional. After 90 minutes, not only did my head, neck, and shoulders feel completely relaxed, but my facial skin was also glowing! The makeup artist really understood what look suited me; even a light makeup application was beautiful. Highly recommend!
