Taipei: Hama Hair Spa Vietnamese Hair Wash & Head Therapy Massage

Had such a relaxing experience at Hama Hair Spa. The service was really good, I honestly didn’t even realize how quickly the full 100 minutes passed! I went in with my neck and shoulders feeling super stiff, but after the massage, everything felt so much more relaxed. I really liked that they let you customize the experience, you can choose the pressure level, essential oil, and even the type of face mask. They also provide a handy guide explaining each option, which made it easy to pick what suited me. My masseuse, An, was amazing—very attentive and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. The hair wash and scalp massage were also so soothing. I was actually getting sleepy during the session, that’s how relaxing it was 😌 And don’t miss the herbal tea they serve at the end, it’s such a nice touch and the perfect way to wrap up the whole experience . Definitely a great place to unwind and de-stress!

This spa experience was so relaxing and pleasant. loved the hot stone massage as well as the shampoo and massage that was a part of my package. I chose the 70-minute package and it was a great experience. I never knew my hair could be so soft and smooth, the ladies did an excellent job. The flower tea at the end was delicious as well.

First time experiencing a Vietnamese shampoo. This time I tried the 130-minute session which included a full-body massage and facial care. At the very beginning, you fill out a questionnaire (massage pressure, shampoo fragrance, etc.). Throughout the process, the aromatherapist constantly checks if the water temperature and pressure are okay. At the end, they even give you a simple blow-dry according to your preference. After the service, there are also snacks to enjoy. The whole experience was truly relaxing 😊

The experience here was amazing, my aromatherpist was so good at massaging. I love how they also provided masks for the feet, hand, and face as well as hot packs for the eye and stomach. At the end of the session, they even provided free tea and snack. My partner was amazed by this experience.

Cozy ambience and professional therapists with great attention to detail. My massage also included tea and small snacks afterwards which really tied the entire experience together. My partner really enjoyed the hot stone massage

Highly recommend this service to recharge after a flight. environment is calming and they provide menus in English. Post-service herbal tea was a perfect way to end the experience. Also, booking with klook was seamless.

From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere felt incredibly zen-calm, unhurried, and thoughtfully designed to help you relax the moment you sit down. The team was meticulous and professional, taking time to explain each step of the treatment in detail. Everything felt prim, proper, and impeccably hygienic, which added to the sense of quiet confidence and trust in their standards. There was no rushing, no noise-just gentle, attentive care throughout. A beautiful touch was the warm tea served both before and after the treatment. It helped us settle in, slow down, and then gently ease back into the day feeling refreshed and grounded. These small but intentional details really elevated the experience and made it feel refined yet deeply comforting. This wasn't just a hair spa-it was a moment of calm in the middle of travel. A truly relaxing, well-curated experience that we would gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone seeking quality, tranquillity, and genuine care in Taiwan.

I got the head, neck, shoulders aromatherapy stress relief option (70 mins). my masseuse, Lucy, was great! She really helped with the knots in my shoulders and the shampooing was so comfortable. It's such a pretty place too, would definitely recommend. My hair feels great after the blow dry. You get hot tea and snacks afterwards too!

Very relaxing experience with comfy environment, excellent service and reasonable price. The spa’s only a few minutes away from taipei 101. Anna, my therapist, was super professional that she kept checking on me if I was fine with the water temperature and massage strength. I also liked the tea they provided after the treatment (it was more enjoyable without milk for me tho). Highly recommend!

This was my first experience, and Winnie was my massage therapist. Although she seemed quite young, her service and pressure were incredibly comfortable. I saw photos online, and it's just as beautiful in person, making you feel very relaxed. You can also choose your favorite scent. I definitely want to come back here in the future.
