Since the air conditioning had to be turned off during the ear candling session, only a fan was running. After the session ended and the AC was turned back on, I felt this environment setup wasn't ideal. Also, I chose the ear candling trial, but not having a hair wash included was quite inconvenient. I originally thought the ear candling included a wash, so that was my misunderstanding 😅 I would suggest adding a note to the description page stating that a hair wash is not included. However, the service attitude was good.

The masseuse had good strength, and it was great value for money.
