Xi'an City Highlights Half-Day Bus Tour

• Present the paper ticket voucher with the reservation guest's name.
• Children under 1.2 meters tall ride free without occupying a seat. Each adult can bring one child under 1.2 meters tall for free. Children riding free do not have a separate seat. Children exceeding 1.2 meters (inclusive) must purchase an adult ticket.
• Please go to the ticket exchange office at the [Xi'an Citizen Tourist Service Center] on the north square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda 30 minutes before the departure time of the sightseeing bus you purchased to collect your reserved ticket before boarding. (The specific departure time will be communicated to you by the tour guide one day before departure.)
• Once a Xi'an city sightseeing bus ticket is issued, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Lost tickets will not be reissued, and changes to the date or bus time are not supported.
• After boarding, please set your mobile phone to vibrate or silent mode. Please do not make loud noises or conversations to avoid affecting the tour guide's commentary.
• Parents, please take good care of your children. It is strictly forbidden to walk around while the vehicle is in motion to avoid accidents during the journey.
• Please take care of the vehicle's internal equipment and ride in a civilized manner. If you encounter other uncivilized behavior, please ask the staff for assistance.
• Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in the car. It is forbidden to bring irritating odors or shelled foods, such as durian, duck neck, peanuts, melon seeds, etc.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You will not be able to re-board if you get off the bus midway.
• Due to traffic congestion or other special and force majeure issues along the sightseeing bus route, if you cannot board the bus at the scheduled time at the first departure station, please contact customer service in a timely manner to understand the vehicle's operating status and determine the specific time the vehicle will arrive at the station to avoid missing the time and affecting your travel.

Senior Citizens

• Senior citizens aged 70 (inclusive) or above who book a trip must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by a family member or friend (excluding those who cannot be received or are restricted from being received due to service capacity limitations) before traveling.
• Due to service capacity limitations, we are unable to accept travel bookings from tourists over 81 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
• Because the intensity of different route itineraries varies, please ensure that you are in good health and suitable for travel. Please consult customer service for specific age restrictions.

Minors

• Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a family member (excluding those who cannot be received or are restricted from being received due to service capacity limitations) to participate in the group.
• Due to service capacity limitations, we are unable to accept travel bookings from tourists under the age of 18 traveling alone. Thank you for your understanding.
