I paid for a tour advertised with a Korean guide. The day before, I received a call saying there was no Korean guide. When I tried to cancel, I was told cancellations weren't possible the day before. So, I contacted the travel agency again to request a cancellation. I'm not sure if I received a full refund or not. This was a huge disappointment and it made my trip very frustrating.
