This fee is not included in the tour price and must be paid online in advance. https://fujisan223registration.com/2025/jp.html
- When applying for the mountain entry permit, please temporarily register one of the mountain huts listed below. On the day of departure, please change the registration to the actual confirmed mountain hut name. If you do not have time to change it, the temporarily registered mountain hut name will still be used and will not affect your mountain entry permit.

- ※【Morning Departure】Mountain huts at the 7th station ⇒ "Yamaguchi Mountain Villa" or "Goraiko Mountain Villa"
- Participants must be 15 years of age or older.
- The tour does not include any form of personal travel insurance. Please be sure to purchase travel insurance in your country of origin as a precaution.
- The tour will be led by a Japanese-speaking guide only. Basic communication in simple English may be possible. If you have any questions at any location, please be sure to confirm with the guide for your safety.
- This tour will proceed as scheduled on a daily basis. In the event of a typhoon, the tour will only be canceled if conditions such as "access roads" or "mountain trails" to Mt. Fuji are deemed difficult to access.
- If the mountain trail to the 7th station is open and deemed safe for climbing, the tour will proceed as scheduled (because this tour does not aim to reach the summit, the decision to proceed with the tour will not be based on whether or not it is possible to reach the summit).
- If your original accommodation was a mountain hut above the 7th station, it may be changed to a mountain hut at a lower altitude depending on the conditions on the day.
- If you decide to forgo mountain hut accommodation based on your own judgment, you will still be required to pay the relevant fees and no refund will be given.
- A guide will accompany you from the 5th station. For free-travel plans, you may need to climb the mountain on your own.
- If you wish to rent equipment, the "Mountain Hut" can arrange rental services for you.
- If customers do not have the necessary personal equipment and are judged by the "Mountain Guide," "Staff," or "Mountain Safety Guidance Center" as unable to climb safely, they may be asked to stop climbing and will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
- If a customer withdraws from the tour midway through the tour, they will not be entitled to subsequent activities or guarantees.
- Luggage not needed for climbing (except for valuables) should be stored in coin lockers at the 5th station. However, please keep valuables with you. Coin lockers are available in various sizes. If they are full, paid storage services are also available at the 5th station facilities. Please do not leave items in the bus, as the organizer is not responsible for their safekeeping.
- If you wish to choose a mountain hut other than the one originally scheduled (or temporary accommodation), the accommodation fee will be borne by the participant and no refund will be given.
- If you are unable to descend from the summit (Mt. Fuji Summit, Fujinomiya, Gotemba, Subashiri) together, subsequent tour services will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
