Patong Elephant Hug Experience in Phuket

The staff were all friendly, and it was nice to see the elephants living in a good environment.

The park environment is pretty good. The elephants are well taken care of, and the tour guides provide very detailed information. Overall, it was a great experience!

this was a great experience. by arriving we got some water and started with some information about the elephants. we learned a lot of new facts and got a better insight about them. after that they learned us the correct ways to feed an elephant and got to practice different approaches. we made them some food, give it to them and then painted them with mud to later scrub it of in the water to moist and clean their skin. it was a unique expierince and would definitely go again if I’m close by. the elephants are threaten right and have people that really care for them. there are also some people from the sencetary that will make pictures for you and will mail them so you can enjoy your time and put your attention on the elephants. MUST HAVE to visit. better than visiting the beach :). cute elephants. very friendly and helpful staff. It is worth to visit Thailand to expirience that.

The toilets, showers, and changing areas were clean and easy to use! The staff also spoke English, so there were no problems with explanations or communication. I was told that the pickup bus would come to the hotel at 7:50, but it didn't arrive until 8:30. I tried calling the contact information listed on the app and website, but I couldn't get through, which was frustrating. The facility is beautiful since it's only been open for six months, but there seems to be room for improvement in the operations.
