I wish I could make a reservation through Klook and set the time immediately upon purchase. It is very inconvenient to have to contact the local store separately for the time after purchasing the ticket, and it is a bit difficult if you do not speak English. We contacted the Patong branch using the contact information, and Old Town apologized and said that they had received the reservation in error and there was no fuss. We naturally thought that Patong was the place we had been contacted and visited the Patong branch... but it arrived an hour later than the time we wanted to receive it. In the end, I waited and received it, but I'm glad I was able to receive it in a short period of time. If I hadn't received it, it would have been a huge waste of time. My wife and I had a tamarin scrub and oil massage, and we were very satisfied with the massage. Aside from the unpleasant first experience, the massage was so good that I gladly gave it a tip.

It is convenient for me to book a treatment via WhatsApp and the staff replied to me promptly. The therapist is great and the shop is highly accessible. However, as it is near patong night street, it was noisy during our treatment, I won’t recommend you to choose this branch if you need a super quiet atmosphere during your treatment.

they welcome you with a cold drink and towel to clean hand. followed by foot cleaning with scrub. then the masseur will lead you to a room. we did aloe Vera massage. very cooling to calm the sunburn skin. is quite a good one for those who hit by the sun heat. 👍

Attended for two days in a row!! I came to Kim's again with my wife because it has the three elements of cost-effectiveness, massage skills, and comfort. I think I'll attend for the third day tomorrow too!! If you all come to Patong Beach, go to Kim's because it has the three elements of Patong Beach better than other shops.

bought the klook voucher and book through WhatsApp. went there 5 min early and started without waiting. massage was great and enjoyable, place look neat and clean, happy to return. however price is about the same booking directly or book through klook, not really great discount

The price/performance ratio is very good, much cheaper than let relax ~ the services are the same ~ there is a place to take a shower ~ but the price here is more expensive than in the old city ~

This is my second time to this place within a week. This time i got scrub and aroma massage and it was the most amazing thing ever, Ploy was so attentive and very communicative, the ambiance of this place is very comfy and luxurious.

The last day of Patong Beach.. As always, the last day, the last day with Kims.. Today, I received 120 minutes of both oil and dry. My wife was satisfied and I think I finished it well. Very satisfied!! Very satisfied!! I will go to Phuket again with Kims~!!
