I missed the message about the changed meeting time from the day before. The tour guide was so awesome and waited for me to arrive, I'm incredibly grateful! The scenery along the way was beautiful, and the boat tour allowed us to experience the powerful waterfall up close.
The tour guide was very attentive to our needs, providing cold water in the hot weather.
Don't fall for this "cheap" activity! We had very bad experience. 1. The van was 50mins late. 2. The driver walked so fast w/her Chinese guests and left us. 3. The time she gave us in the falls was very short considering we had cruise and journey behind the falls. The itinerary was bad. Niagara power plant & whirlpool is NOTHING! NOTHING TO SEE. they just added it to collect more money. The itinerary in klook says our tour will be done by 9pm. But the driver insisted our tour is done by 4pm. We were always in a hurry to go go places that's not worth it. It's a scam. We paid for tour until 9pm but the tour was over at 4PM. They collect so many fees like extra 40cad each for powerplant n whirlpool and both were not worth to see! WON'T RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!!!
