Reviews summaryI tried to book through Klook just the day before my trip to Malacca, and I was so relieved that everything went smoothly. Initially, I was a little anxious because I didn't receive the car number (perhaps because I don't use WhatsApp), but on the day of the trip, I met Benny at the requested time without any issues. My trip to Putrajaya and Malacca with Benny was a truly enjoyable experience! Even though there might have been parking fees, he waited for us right at the hotel's main entrance so we could board the vehicle directly, and he recognized us in the lobby and greeted us first. Without any prior travel information, Benny's kind guidance allowed us to explore meaningful places, and we were able to get satisfying photos thanks to his recommendations for excellent photo spots. Thank you so much for introducing us to hidden gems that are hard to find! Moreover, as we moved between locations, he meticulously explained the historical buildings and famous places we passed, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the city. The restaurant he recommended was also an excellent Nyonya eatery, and we had a delightful lunch. Benny not only transported us to tourist sites but also enthusiastically guided us after arrival, and he never forgot to take photos for us. I feel incredibly lucky to have met him and to have experienced Malacca with him :)
It was a wonderful experience! The Pink Mosque was larger and more intricately decorated than I imagined, and it was great to see. In Malacca, we saw Dutch Square and A Famosa Fort, and it was fascinating to learn about its history as a crucial maritime trade route that European powers vied for. Although there was a sudden downpour, typical of Southeast Asia, our guide's advice allowed us to finish sightseeing without getting wet. If you want to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca and enjoy the most comfortable sightseeing experience, I highly recommend this tour.
The most interesting tour in Malacca! The tour guide CK TAN was very nice and helpful. He helped us a lot and introduced the viewpoint very detail. He take care us and it was a valuable travel experience! it is recommend this tour if you are interested!
We got confirmation through WhatsApp 2 days before the journey. Our driver arrived 30 mins earlier and pick us from the hotel. He is nice and friendly which also provided detailed information on different places. As a pregnant woman, he provided strong support and caring during whole journey. Worth to join for the private tour and you can enjoy a nice day in Malaysia!
A very enjoyable trip with the super cute driver Ken Ooi (Mister Ooi Jin Sun), who enthusiastically chatted with us throughout the journey, explained necessary information at the destinations, and gave specific instructions on how to freely travel, shop, and eat in the most reasonable way. In particular, he also helped us choose the best photo angles based on his many years of experience guiding tourists. Surely when we return to Malaysia, we still want to visit other new places with him!!!
So thankful for the organizer for still giving me a chance to do this tour on a different date due to the rescheduling of my flight. I only got to visit Putrajaya but that's fine because the road situation at that time was a little heavy and I needed to be on time at the airport for my next flight. Apart from Putrajaya, the driver also granted my request of exploring a bit of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur as replacement for Melaka. The driver was nice and considerate.
Highly recommended! Driver/guide Mr Ken Ooii took good care of us, driving safely, reminding us to watch our steps in order to avoid accident especially in the stairs near formosa. He recommended very good restaurant. He also took very good photos!
This charming UNESCO World Heritage city located an easy drive from Kuala Lumpur is rich with history, culture, colonial buildings, ancient landmarks, family-friendly attractions, and yummy local cuisine. If you think Melaka has nothing to offer besides chicken rice balls and satay celup, think again!
We had a great time and the driver of Ken Ooi was very accomodating, able to make small changes to the itinerary when requested. He made suggestions as to where to have lunch and the restaurant was great. Driver was very patient and drove safely despite the crazy traffic in Malaysia.
Privileged to visit and explore more beautiful cities of Malaysia aside from KL! It was a whole day trip traveling from KL to Putrajaya (1hr free tour) & the best part is visiting Melaka! Carson (driver) is also nice and fluent in speaking English. Additionally, it's a roundtrip pickup and drop off from our hotel in KL.
