Thanks to Tina for today's driving tour. She guided us through local Malaysian culture and unique architecture along the way. Although I don't understand much English, she diligently looked up Chinese translations and provided voice explanations. Her driving skills are excellent, and she is very kind. I was delighted to have her company, which made for a wonderful day in Malaysia 😊

Even though we couldn't communicate in the same language, they guided us through an interpreter app and other means. The car was clean and the driving was safe. It was a long whirlwind tour, but we were able to relax in the car and it was a very enjoyable day! Thank you very much!!

Im comparing this trip with a trip I did last year in Bali with a personal driver. let me write a summary: the evening before the trip we received a copy/paste information about the trip. I asked a question about what to bring and no answer. Then the day of pickup the driver was 30m late, while we were summoned many times to be on time. The driver was not sharing a lot of information and we felt rushed in the morning program to only found out at the afternoon that we had to spend 6 hours in Genting area. I don’t book a city tour to be stuck in a mall for 6 hours. If we know up front I would have love to go inside the butterfly park or do something else. The visit to the batik place was another thing I didn’t like although the people were friendly. This is purely a way to make even more money on the trip. Overall my first experience with Klook and a trip was very bad. The good thing was that we were together and made a good day, as the guide didn’t follow us in any place we visited. She akted more like a driver. Not sure why this trip is so highly rated. I think I will use TripAdvisor again going forward.
