• The minimum number of participants for a tour is 15 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required for a group, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
• In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00). You will be notified of any changes via email.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the departure time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a No-show and are non-refundable, and rescheduling will not be possible.
• No refunds will be issued for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Itinerary routes and time spent at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or other factors.
• Vehicle type: Vehicle will be assigned based on the number of participants. For small group tours, a driver will also serve as an escort to provide full tour services; a tour leader will not be assigned separately.
• Bus seat assignments are subject to on-site arrangements and cannot be specified.
• Mount Fuji may not be visible depending on weather conditions.
• If the Mishima Skywalk cannot be visited due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the time spent at other attractions will be extended.
• Please understand that depending on the weather conditions, it may not be possible to see Mount Fuji.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
