- All participants are required to complete a waiver prior to the tour, and for guests under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian

- Children under 6 years old or under 40 pounds must use a certified child safety seat, which guests must bring themselves or request at least 48 hours in advance by email, as failure to do so may result in cancellation

- First-aid kits, bear spray (Waiver required), hiking poles, ice cleats, picnic blankets, child safety seats, dog bowls, and treats are available upon request. Please notify the operator in advance if you require any of these items
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
- Headlamps are available for sunrise or stargazing experiences upon request
