Lotus Grandeur 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

The room was beautiful and clean, the meals were delicious, and the staff were very attentive to guests.

We originally booked an executive cabin on the Lotus Cruise, but due to it being fully booked, we were asked if we would agree to switch to the Alisa, with the assurance that it would be of the same standard. However, upon arriving in our room, we found that the water from the jacuzzi was dirty and contained floating debris. We requested staff assistance, but it was not fully repaired (and we didn't dare to use it). The food on the cruise was very mediocre; out of three meals, only one was satisfactory. The wait time for the shuttle upon disembarking was too long—at least 1.5 hours. Nevertheless, I must give full marks to the onboard service staff; they were enthusiastic, energetic, and had excellent attitudes. The tour guide was humorous, engaging, and provided professional explanations.👍
