Syrena 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay Tour with Sung Sot & Ti Top

We love the 2D/1N cruise. We are only 17 guests during our cruise that is why we enjoyed the serenity of the ship. The buffet foods is great. Mr Son, is a well-rounded tour guide. He did a great job. The majestic Tip Top and Sung Sot caves are amazing. I will recommend this cruise to my relatives and friends.

Very good experience! The tour included pick-up from our hotel in Hanoi, at least 3 meals on the cruise, visiting Titop Island, taking a bamboo boat and Surprising Caves. Cruise manager Tam was an interesting and friendly guy. We had a good and relaxing time.

Tam, our cruise manager is really good. Sales Manager of Victory Era Travel, Jenny messaged us before the cruise trip gave the wrong 'Pick-up point' at Tuan Chuan International Marina was wrong as we expected a pick up from there to No. 27 of Tau Syrena to get on our cruise end up either walk really far to the port or take a taxi to there which is really not a clear direction.

Wow, all the meals on the cruise were incredibly abundant. They were very generous with the seafood. I also enjoyed the cooking class where we learned to make Vietnamese Pho. The tour guide's instruction was relaxing and made it easy to learn together. Waking up to the morning scenery made me forget all my worries, and the views at Surprise Cave were truly beautiful. The only downside was that the bathroom didn't have a separate shower and toilet, and the floor was wooden, making it easy to slip, so you need to be careful. Drinks on board are super expensive; there's a 15% tax plus an extra service fee, so be mindful if you want to relax and enjoy. I bought a drink during the buy-one-get-one-free period, and then ordered another cocktail at a different time, and the total price was NT$1600... it did kind of ruin the mood. Everyone can consider for themselves whether or not to drink.

The cruise was wonderfully solemn and intimate for the three of us. The food was superb, perfectly suited to our preference for non-processed, low-carb meals.

The tour guide and all service staff were friendly and kind, the food was delicious, a very good travel experience!

even though our cruise was changed few times,but the organizer make sure our trip is well taken care of.she inform us earlier on the changes,all smooth from the pick up day,the cruise itself and return trip to Hanoi. the food served also so good for us and our 2 year old daughter.

Had a great experience with a nice tour and delicious food! Only thing was, we waited a bit too long for the shuttle bus to and from Halong Bay. Also, the hot water in the shower wasn't working - we told our tour guide Son, but didn't get a resolution. Despite that, it was a great experience overall, and still a recommended (and budget-friendly) cruise option 😊

Though cruise was changed to Lily, it was a good experience. Had a wonderful time at sea. Activities were plentiful.

The facilities are a bit dated, but clean. The staff is very attentive. I had a comfortable stay.
