  • Return the device to the Unite Traveler service counter, or place the device in the 24-hour drop-off box provided at the aforementioned airport.

Surcharges

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a one-day machine fee as a cancellation charge.

Yes, you can return the device to a different counter. However, please make sure that you return the device within the operating hours

Can I arrange a late pick-up for my WiFi device?

We do not offer a late pick-up option. If you are planning to arrive at the airport after the counter opening hours, please purchase this package for a home delivery package instead.
