When collecting the device in accordance with the law, a copy of identification documents must be provided. The rules for identification documents are as follows: 1. Foreign nationals must provide a passport or an identification document with a photo. 2. Taiwanese nationals must provide two identification documents (National ID card + one of either National Health Insurance card or driver's license).

- Return the device to the Unite Traveler service counter, or place the device in the 24-hour drop-off box provided at the aforementioned airport.
Surcharges

Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a one-day machine fee as a cancellation charge.
