New York Yankees Baseball Game at Yankee Stadium

First time to see the real Yankee in action and it was amazing..We had a great time,easy claiming the ticket but the hat voucher is no no ,coz we its really hard to time looking for it.

After booking, you'll receive a QR code, but it's not your actual ticket. Following the instructions, I had to create a Ticketmaster account to link and access the real tickets. Because I wasn't using a US iOS account, I couldn't directly download the Ticketmaster app to store the tickets. I ended up saving them to my Apple Wallet, and they scanned successfully at the entrance. You should also be able to use the QR code at the ticket window to exchange it for a physical ticket, but Yankee Stadium is very crowded and the lines are disorganized. Even arriving two hours early, it took us an hour to get in. Exchanging your QR code for a physical ticket will likely take even longer.

There was a lack of guidance on how to get to our seats, and we weren't able to redeem the voucher (hat) we brought. No one knew where to redeem it, and one person gave directions, but said it was too far and wasn't sure.

We went to the game on November 9th. It was a nice bonus that Donald Trump was there that day! We had a problem with the tickets at the box office, but it seemed to get sorted out. Everything was great!

I'm not sure if they don't understand English, but the customer center next to the ticket office opens at 5:30 PM for a 7 PM game, and they don't seem to know what a voucher code is even when you show it to them. I showed them my email address and asked them to check if there was a ticket and send it to me by email. Otherwise, in my case, the veil didn't come right away, so they helped me connect to Wi-Fi and use the entry barcode. The game is fun when there are lots of home runs and hits.

It's best to get your tickets in advance and be prepared to wait.

The atmosphere at Yankee Stadium is overwhelming... 5 stars isn't enough! But I ended up giving up on finding the hat voucher ㅠㅠ

It seems like I'm dealing with a representative of Ticketmaster. I was unable to cancel the order at the time of application. They said I could resell it on Ticketmaster. It also seems like the Klook representatives don't fully understand the details. The arrangements were not good at all. I think it would be better to use a different site.

Need to go to the ticket center to exchange tickets, the line was a bit long and the seat was a bit at the back, but other than that everything was good, the game was exciting and the atmosphere in the stadium was great, I will go watch it again next time I go to New York.
