This tour only lasts for 2 hours but it is super worth it! It was a fun and unique experience — you’ll definitely laugh for the entire duration as they’re funny, interesting and interactive! a must experience I’d say.

Of course is not “real” sumo, you need an actual season ticket for that. But if you want to have an awesome time, enjoy good food, laugh your soul off and still get to see the real deal and how they do sumo, this is your place. The wrestlers are super engaged and funny, the Geisha dancer was beautiful. I definetly recommend this :D

We had an amazing experience at the Asakusa Sumo Club’s sumo session! It was both entertaining and educational — the emcee and sumo wrestlers walked us through the history, rituals, and techniques of the sport with warmth and humor. The session felt very intimate, allowing for up-close interaction, questions, and even a chance to try out some moves (safely!). The food was another highlight — the chanko nabe was so delicious, hearty, and everything was authentically prepared. It really added to the whole cultural immersion. Highly recommend this experience for anyone curious about sumo or looking for a unique, unforgettable activity in Tokyo

Excellent evening very entertaining . lots of fun competion , and audience participation “ Sumo suits ! “. .It included introductory information about sumo as it is a tourist dinner and show . The food was tasty and a great first evening in Tokyo . lovely gift and photo so great value for money

Fact proves that a fat person who doesn't want to be a chef is not a good sumo wrestler. The price is slightly higher than similar performances, but it's worth the ticket price. The food is good, the performance is in place, the explanation is detailed, the atmosphere is good, and my stomach hurts from laughing. There are small gifts after the performance. I would recommend friends to come.

Amazing! I came all the way from London to watch the show, and it did not disappoint. The food was lovely, and the sumo wrestlers were incredibly entertaining, informative, and funny. It was a fantastic experience, and we were able to get involved throughout the show. This is a must when you're visiting Tokyo!

The Asakusa Sumo Show Annex was an absolute highlight for us in Tokyo! 🎌 The show was incredibly entertaining and super interesting at the same time – you get a great insight into the world of sumo without it feeling dry or boring. Everything was presented with a lot of humor and passion, so you're captivated from beginning to end. The food was also really delicious and perfectly rounded off the experience. A great selection of Japanese dishes, beautifully presented and served in a cozy atmosphere – you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere on site was simply special: lively, authentic, and at the same time relaxed. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on the overall experience here. We can recommend this show to anyone who wants to experience something unique in Tokyo – a perfect blend of culture, entertainment, and enjoyment! 🍱
